For on-site calls we service entire city of Panaji along with surrounding areas of Porvorim, St Cruz, Dona Paula, Ribandar. For off-site issues you can drop in with your machine for a consultation.

Yes, most of the faulty parts can be replaced subject to availability of the part.

Our working hours are from 10 AM to 1 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM Monday to Saturday.

Yes, we upgrade memory and harddisks for all types of devices subject to availability of the parts.

Repair charges vary on a case to case basis depending on the part to be repaired.

Yes, we repair all types of devices of all brands.

Yes, we accept credit cards.

We do not assume any responsibility for any user data on the device brought for repair/upgrade. Users must back-up their data before bringing their devices for any kind of service. Alternatively we can temporarily back-up the user data at a nominal extra charge.

When you bring in your machine for diagnosis, we will check it and offer a free estimate either immediately or after keeping the machine with us for more checking. We don’t start any repair job until you agree to the price.

The time taken for repairing depends on the condition/age of the PC/Laptop and the severity of the problem that we find. In most cases it does not take longer than 2-3 days.

Only the most basic and simple issues with the machine can be sorted out at your home. It’s always best to bring your device to our service lab where the tech guys can easily repair/service with the availability of appropriate equipment.
